Jeffrey J. Corradinois a Partner in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis LLP.  Mr. Corradino received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, cum laude, and conducted his undergraduate studies at Montclair State University from which he received a B.A. degree.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.  Mr. Corradino serves on the National Labor Relations Board, Region 22 Practice and Procedure Committee and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association’s Legislative and Human Resource committees.

Mr. Corradino has counseled clients in virtually every area of labor and employment law for over 20 years. Mr. Corradino has extensive experience representing employers in public and private sector employment related litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, representation cases, arbitrations and National Labor Relations Board matters.  Mr. Corradino is a frequent speaker on human resource and legal topics, including Corrective Bargaining; Maintaining Union-free Status through Positive Employee Relations; State and Federal EEO Law; Sexual Harassment; Coping with the FLSA, FMLA, Americans with Disabilities Act, Drug and Alcohol Testing.

In his daily practice, Mr. Corradino specializes in traditional labor law.  In that role, he has acted as the chief spokesperson in hundreds of collective bargaining relationships.  He has advised employers on the workplace issues raised by numerous complex business mergers, sales, closings, relocations, and maintaining union free status.  He is an experienced practitioner before the National Labor Relations Board.  Mr. Corradino also has developed a specialty in handling the complex issues that arise when classifying workers as independent contractors under federal and numerous state laws.

Mr. Corradino’s daily practice also includes counseling legal and Human Resource personnel on virtually every employment related issue including managing employee performance, wage payment, and managing employees that cannot work.

Mr. Corradino has authored many employment law articles and wrote the recently released Leveling the Playing Field: What New Jersey Charter Schools Need to Know about Union Organizing.
