A new rule recently finalized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)—“Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illness”—requires employers with 250 or more employees (and some employers with less than 250 employees in certain high-risk industries) to submit injury and illness reports electronically beginning December 1, 2017.

Join Jackson Lewis for a complimentary webinar where we will discuss the highlights of the rule, compliance assessment activities and best practices for using the online submission portal. We will also have a Q&A session where we will answer your most frequently asked questions.
