Event Description

The Connecticut Sexual Harassment Education and Training in the Workplace Act requires employers with at least 50 employees to provide "supervisory employees" with at least two hours of training on sexual harassment.  Some of your supervisors may have missed the company's training. Also, newly hired or appointed supervisors must attend the training within six months of becoming a supervisor.

Who Should Attend
The briefings are designed for supervisory employees (defined as anyone "who can assign" work), as well as decision makers with employee relations responsibilities such as human resource professionals, chief executive officers and in-house counsel.

In-House Training
In addition to these regularly scheduled programs, Jackson Lewis also offers in-house training customized for your company.

The fee for each program is $100 payable in advance (please make checks payable to Jackson Lewis LLP).

We reserve space and print materials based on the number of people who register; consequently, we cannot refund money paid by "no shows."  However, we will gladly allow you to substitute any other employee for a particular registrant, in the event the registrant is unable to attend the session for which he/she is registered.
