Ms. Bovée will succeed Beverly Garofalo, who decided to step down from the position she has held since 2008 to focus on her growing practice.

Ms. Bovée routinely advises and provides management training on all aspects of employment law compliance, employment disputes and personnel matters such as hiring, firing, performance management, internal investigations, and disability accommodation. Ms. Bovée, who has an active litigation practice, also defends employers in OFCCP compliance reviews and oversees the preparation of affirmative action plans for employers around the country.
Ms. Bovée has co-authored several articles on workplace law issues for the Connecticut Law Tribune and the Connecticut Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Newsletter and also co-authored a chapter for the MCLE’s Connecticut discovery treatise. She has been recognized by Connecticut Super Lawyers and selected for inclusion in the 2016 edition of The Best Lawyers in America©. In addition to her CAPABA duties, Ms. Bovée is an active participant in the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity (past Officer and current Board Member), National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Oliver Ellsworth Inn of Court, Federal Grievance Committee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and Connecticut Client Security Fund Committee. She received her B.S. from the University of New Haven and her J.D. from Quinnipiac University.
