Ms. Farber succeeds Lawrence Stone, who will concentrate on his labor practice after leading the office for 20 years.

Ms. Farber has represented employers in all types of employment litigation, including sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has vast experience in the area of wage and hour class actions, having defended a significant number wage and hour class actions over the last several years. Additionally, she provides advice and counsel, conducts training seminars on a myriad of topics all related to employment issues and frequently speaks on employment law issues.
Ms. Farber has tried numerous cases. She also has extensive experience arbitrating employment disputes pursuant to employment arbitration agreements and collective bargaining agreements as well as defending employers in judicial arbitrations. She also regularly handles both judicial and private employment dispute meditations on behalf of employers.
