Hallie Diethelm Caldarone is a Partner in the Chicago, Illinois office of Jackson Lewis LLP.
Ms. Caldarone is an experienced employment law litigator. She has been based in Chicago her entire career and has extensive experience litigating all forms of employment matters throughout the Midwest in federal courts, state courts, and before administrative agencies. Ms. Caldarone’s practice covers the spectrum of employment matters including claims such as race, age, religion, national origin, disability and sex discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, Family and Medical Leave, and wage and hour issues. She also handles collective actions and multi-plaintiff litigation. Ms. Caldarone has broad experience with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as state and local labor and employment agencies throughout the United States.
Ms. Caldarone advises and counsels clients on a variety of employment practices including employment handbooks and policies. She also conducts employee training seminars and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Caldarone was a partner at a prominent Chicago-based law firm, in its labor and employment group. Still earlier, Ms. Caldarone was an associate at another leading Chicago law firm.
Ms. Caldarone has been a Illinois “Super Lawyer” - Rising Star in Labor and Employment from 2008 to the present.
Ms. Caldarone is admitted to practice in Illinois, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Ms. Caldarone received her B.S., summa cum laude, in 1996 and her J.D., summa cum laude, in 1999 from The Ohio State University. She was a member of The Ohio State University Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
