Susanne Kantor is a Partner in the White Plains office of Jackson Lewis LLP.
Since joining the firm in 1994, Ms. Kantor has been engaged exclusively in the practice of labor and employment law on behalf of management, and she has represented employers in federal and state courts, and before federal and state administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
Ms. Kantor’s litigation experience includes jury and bench trials and appellate arguments before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has successfully represented and defended public sector and corporate clients in a variety of employment law claims, including individual and class-wide claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and disparate treatment. Ms. Kantor lectures on employment-related topics and frequently provides training for managers and supervisors regarding compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Ms. Kantor is a member of the Bar of the State of Connecticut and the Bar of the State of New York. She is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Kantor received her B.A. degree from the College of New Rochelle in 1986, and she earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Pace University in 1996.
