Greg A. Riolo is a Shareholder and Litigation Manager in the White Plains office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is also Litigation Manager of the Albany office. He is a graduate of Lehigh University (B.S., Business and Economics, 1990) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 1993). Mr. Riolo has been with Jackson Lewis since March, 1997, and is concentrating on employment-related litigation and counseling at the firm’s White Plains office.
Mr. Riolo has litigated cases before state and federal courts and various administrative agencies on behalf of management, including claims of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, civil rights, breach of contract, wage-hour and benefits. Mr. Riolo is a first chair litigator, with trial experience in state and federal courts, and appellate arguments in the Appellate Division for the First, Second, and Third Departments in New York and the New York State Court of Appeals.
Mr. Riolo also counsels employers on employment law matters and the development and implementation of preventive employment practices.
