Jason V. Federmack is of counsel in the Raleigh, North Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Restrictive Covenant, Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition, Disability, Leave and Health Management and Advice and Counsel practice areas and focuses his practice on representing management in matters of workplace law.

Jason has represented private and public employers in various employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour matters, and restrictive covenants. Jason’s practice also includes workplace investigations and advice and counsel.

While in law school, Jason interned with the EEOC and NLRB and he was an articles editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy.
