Michelle K. Meek is a principal in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She focuses her practice on representing and counseling employers in complex labor and employment matters.

Experienced in all aspects of litigation, Michelle has defended employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets in arbitration and state and federal court.

Michelle regularly partners with employers to develop best practices and business-minded solutions surrounding all aspects of labor and employment, including leaves of absence, disciplinary issues, terminations, harassment and discrimination complaints, and wage and hour compliance. She also conducts workplace trainings on a wide array of employment law matters.

During law school, Ms. Meek externed for the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew and the Honorable Otis D. Wright II in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
