Paul J. Cohen is a principal in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in all types of employment-related litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Paul has broad experience litigating single plaintiff and class action cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related claims.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Paul clerked for judges on the Los Angeles County Superior Court where he was responsible for the daily law and motion calendars in the nation's largest trial court system.
