Anthony Ortiz is an associate in the Orange County office. His practice focuses on representing clients in employment law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Anthony is a litigation attorney who has secured favorable outcomes for clients that include small businesses and large corporations. He effectively advocates for employers in complex and high stakes cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage disputes, including class action and PAGA matters. 


Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Anthony gained litigation and trial experience in a variety of practice areas, including employment, personal injury, and complex business disputes. Anthony also represented institutional clients and automobile dealerships in commercial litigation involving individual and class action consumer defense, commercial collection actions, real estate disputes, and bankruptcy matters.


Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He was invited to join the law school’s Appellate Moot Court Board and competed in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition. In addition, Anthony served on the Student Bar Association and chaired the Alumni Affairs committee and the Academic Affairs committee.
