UPDATE: Acting Department of Labor Secretary Announced

As an update to our previous post announcing Secretary Hilda Solis’s departure from the Department of Labor, the DOL announced Deputy Secretary Seth D. Harris has been selected to be the Acting Secretary of the DOL until a permanent replacement is named.
