OFCCP Director Shiu Encourages Feedback on Pay Transparency Rules

Via  blog post on the day the proposed pay transparency regulations were officially published in the federal register, OFCCP Director Pat Shiu encouraged “all interested parties” to provide feedback on the Agency’s proposed rules.  The public comment period is open for 90 days and will close December 16, 2014.
