Yours, Mine and Ours:  New and Continuing Joint Employer Challenges from the NLRB and Others
In today’s workplace, employers increasingly turn to staffing firms, professional employer organizations, and independent contractors for flexibility and manpower needs.  Courts and regulators, in turn, are developing new standards making it easier to establish joint employer status between the talent supplier and the host company.  The panel will discuss these developments and provide strategies for structuring these arrangements to maintain flexibility and minimize liability.
