Within the past year, the Department of Justice has increased the number of prosecutors assigned to FCPA cases by 50 percent. Additionally, the DOJ has hired its first compliance expert to assess whether compliance programs are truly meaningful. The Department of Justice has also announced a new pilot program on FCPA issues that is intended to significantly increase incentives to self-disclose FCPA violations to federal agencies. Of course, jurisdiction and compliance requirements often overlap between the DOJ, the UK Serious Fraud Office, and other international authorities. Join attorneys from Jackson Lewis and UK attorneys from Clyde & Co. as they discuss the latest in Anti-Corruption Compliance issues, prosecutions, and preventive strategies.

• Trends in Recent Prosecutions in the US and UK.
• The DOJ Focus on Compliance Programs.
• The New DOJ FCPA Pilot Program.
• Multinational Compliance Programs Issues.
