This seminar will provide in-house counsel with an overview of the ethical issues that arise during internal investigations as well as best practices in handling them.  Topics covered will include identifying the client, protecting confidentiality, preserving the attorney client privilege, and determining when to disclose findings.

  • Provide an overview of how to protect confidentiality and preserve the attorney client privilege during an internal investigation (25 minutes)
