Workplace violence is a serious problem that can strike any business, across all industries, at any time and often with tragic and devastating consequences.  During this program, you will hear from three of the top experts in the field on how best to prepare for, avoid, respond to, and manage the serious workplace threat.  Using an actual recent episode of workplace violence, the panelists will examine and discuss (i) evolution of the threat, (ii) the pathway to violence, (iii) preemptive legal and security measures, and (iv) whether having a threat management team in place may help to detect and prevent a crisis before it’s too late.
