President-elect Donald Trump assumed office on January 20, 2017, with a Republican majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Based on some of President Trump’s campaign promises, we can expect significant policy and enforcement shifts. However, President Trump already is proving he is not a traditional conservative Republican, and a Trump Administration may have some surprises in store when it comes to the workplace.

Join our speakers for an informative analysis of President Trump’s first 90 days in office and his Administration’s likely future impact on labor and employment law. We will discuss important legal issues facing employers including the Affordable Care Act, immigration law, the status of President Obama’s prior executive orders, and much more. We also will address President’s Trump’s nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch for the Supreme Court and his potential impact on workplace law.
