Preventing and Managing Wage and Hour Litigation

This seminar will provide in-house counsel with strategies for preventing and responding to wage and hour class and collective actions, including how to reduce risk by identifying work-related practices and policies targeted by employees and their attorneys, and how to conduct an effective audit. The seminar will also discuss proposed changes to the White Collar exemptions by the Department of Labor expected in 2016 and how to prepare for those changes. Ethical issues in litigating and settling wage/hour cases will also be addressed.
