President-elect Donald Trump will assume office on January 20, 2017, with a Republican majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.  Based on some of Mr. Trump’s campaign promises, we can expect significant policy and enforcement shifts.  However, Mr. Trump already is proving he is not a traditional conservative Republican, and a Trump administration may have some surprises in store when it comes to the workplace.  Topics will include discussion of potential Trump administration impact on:

  • The Department of Labor
  • The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
  • The National Labor Relations Board
  • The Supreme Court
  • Paid leave
