Biography

Alice Liu is an Associate in the Houston, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Liu represents employers in state and federal courts and agencies in a broad range of employment law matters, including those involving discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims. She also counsels employers on workplace policies and compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws.

During law school, Ms. Liu served as a judicial intern to Judge Nancy K. Johnson of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and to Judge James P. Kleinberg (Ret.) in the Complex Civil Litigation Department of the Superior Court of California. Ms. Liu was a member of Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. She also served as a student attorney with the Human Trafficking Clinic, where she represented labor-trafficking survivors, and with the Community and Economic Development Clinic, where she represented non-profit organizations.
