Ashlee N. Williams

Biography

Ashlee N. Williams is an associate in the Richmond, Virginia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including class actions and preventive advice and counseling.

Ashlee took an interest in employment law during her second year of law school. She took several courses that focused on human rights and employment discrimination and set a goal to break into the labor and employment field early in her career. As a labor and employment attorney, Ashlee aims to provide a sound legal strategy that also appreciates client concerns and the delicate nuances that employment law often presents.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ashlee regularly represented employers in litigation arising out of Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and other state and federal statutes. She also has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations, representing employers in front of both state and federal agencies, including the EEOC and the NLRB, and representing employers during mediation.
