Claire L. Cook

Biography

Claire Cook is an associate in the Dallas, Texas office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace matters, including preventative advice and counsel. 

Claire litigates employment disputes in Texas state courts, federal courts, administrative tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Claire’s experience involves litigating and providing guidance on a variety of employment issues including age, disability, and Title VII discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, independent contractor issues, unfair competition, workplace torts, whistleblower claims, wage and hour claims, family and medical leave, and breach of contract disputes. Claire also counsels clients on how to prevent employment lawsuits and create policies that comply with federal and state employment laws. 

While attending law school, Claire was an articles editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. Claire has also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Sue Walker of the Second Court of Appeals
