Dana G. Weisbrod

Dana Weisbrod is a principal and office litigation manager of the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. As the relationship manager for a number of large national and multi-national employers, she strives to build long-term relationships with her clients while delivering excellent legal services across geographies and subject matters.

Dana advises management in all aspects of the employment relationship and partners with clients to provide practical advice and implement preventative strategies to keep them out of court. When necessary, however, she is well-versed at handling litigation, arbitration, and threatened litigation against a wide range of claims including retaliation, discrimination, and harassment under federal, state, and local law; tortious injury such as defamation and tortious interference; and breach of contract. She also has significant experience defending against mass arbitration.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Dana practiced employment law in Atlanta, Georgia. During law school, she completed an internship at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
