Daniel J. Galván

Daniel J. Galván is an associate in the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. 

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Barbara L. Major and the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. During law school, Daniel also externed for the Honorable Patricia Guerrero in the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division One.  

While attending law school, Daniel was the executive lead articles editor of the California Western Law Review, a member of CWSL’s Trial Team, a legal research and writing honors instructor, and a Criminal Procedure teaching fellow.
