Donna J. Geary

Biography

Donna J. Geary is a principal in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on preventive strategies in the workplace, which encompasses counseling employers in employer policies, procedures and programs, and union organizing campaigns including conducting workplace audits. She also represents employers in agency matters and represents employers in mediation.

Donna conducts management training in numerous areas, including, EEO/anti-harassment, FMLA, ADA, and employee background checks including the FCRA. She also provides day-to-day advice and counseling to many clients on all employment matters, especially focusing on the FMLA, ADA, and FCRA.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Donna worked for a medium-size general litigation defense firm in Pittsburgh. During law school, she served as law clerk internship with the Honorable Carol Los Mansmann, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She has acquired extensive practical experience in human resources management as a personnel manager both with a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and in the retail environment.
