Eric T. Angel
Bio
Eric T. Angel is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice and counseling.
Eric is an experienced litigator, and practices in both state and federal courts defending employers against all employment claims, including claims brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, as well as collective wage and hour actions. Eric has successfully negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of his clients, and has successfully drafted and argued dispositive motions, receiving complete dismissals of all claims for his clients.
While in law school, Eric earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mass Media. In addition, Eric was a member of the Dean’s List and an editor for the Journal of International Media & Entertainment Law.
