Gretchen M. Treherne

Biography

Gretchen M. Treherne is of counsel in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio offices, of Jackson Lewis P.C. She focuses her practice on employment litigation.

Gretchen has represented clients in a wide variety of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, contract disputes, intentional torts, and enforcement of non-compete agreements. Gretchen additionally advises clients on litigation avoidance through the development and implementation of effective employment policies, procedures and contracts.

Gretchen has been an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law, teaching classes in appellate advocacy and commercial drafting. During law school, she was a member of the editorial board of the University of Dayton Law Review, a Moot Court Champion and legal advocacy teaching assistant.
