Heidi L. Eckert is Of Counsel in the St. Louis, Missouri, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents clients in all aspects of employment, labor and civil rights disputes.

Ms. Eckert is actively involved in all aspects of litigation, and has arbitrated and mediated numerous matters, as well as tried cases in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Eckert assists clients with employment matters including those that involve discrimination, harassment, disability and retaliation claims. She has defended claims in state and federal courts as well as before governmental agencies.

In addition to litigating labor and employment matters, Ms. Eckert counsels employers on a variety of employee issues and advises them on developing and implementing processes consistent with their business objectives and applicable labor laws. She also handles matters involving civil rights claims, the majority of which are defended in federal court.
