Jay A. Ebelhar is of counsel in the Nashville, Tennessee, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Jay’s work with employers has involved a wide range of issues, including fair employment practices, health and disability leaves, wage and hour compliance, employee benefits, and restrictive covenants.
Prior to beginning his private practice, Jay served as a judicial clerk for Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Holly M. Kirby, then of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
While attending law school, Jay served as the editor-in-chief of The University of Memphis Law Review.
