John M. Nolan

John M. Nolan is general counsel for Jackson Lewis P.C. He is a principal in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania offices of the firm.

Prior to becoming general counsel, John served as co-leader of the Litigation practice group, as managing principal and litigation manager for the Philadelphia office, and as litigation manager for the Morristown office. He is an experienced trial attorney, having tried over 85 jury and non-jury cases to verdict in various federal and state courts, as well as administrative tribunals. John has extensive experience litigating and trying all types of employment-related lawsuits in courts throughout the country.
