Keerthi Sugumaran is a principal in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and is a co-leader of Jackson Lewis' Asian American resource group. Her practice focuses on representing and defending employers in a variety of workplace legal matters, including claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and FMLA violations. As a seasoned litigator, Keerthi regularly represents clients in front of state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

She has also completed certifications with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination to train on a variety of topics.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Keerthi worked at a Boston law firm for over four years as a general litigator. During this time, she represented employers in front of the MCAD, EEOC, state and federal courts. Keerthi also participated in a six-month secondment, working in-house for a private equity firm. This experience uniquely enables her to work effectively with her clients.
