Kelli Morgan Dreger is of counsel in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as preventive advice and counseling.

Kelli is experienced with all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial or arbitration, and practices in both state and federal court. She has served as second chair in jury trials and arbitrations. Kelli is the daughter of a former United States Air Force pilot and attended nine different schools across four states and two countries. Her unique upbringing has resulted in her ability to understand a variety of perspectives, relate to witnesses and jurors, and has been an asset in her practice.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Kelli was a litigation attorney at a regional law firm where she defended wage and hour class actions, “complex” cases including mass tort claims and real estate disputes. She also spent years litigating as a plaintiff’s attorney, representing individual and corporate clients in a variety of civil matters, including employment. Kelli’s dual perspective on the risks of civil litigation provides her with valuable insight when developing case strategies for clients.

While attending law school, Kelli was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and earned CALI Excellence for the Future awards in Taxation of Business Organizations and Federal Tax Research. In addition, she was an editor for NEXUS, a Journal of Opinion and the production editor for the Chapman Criminal Justice Journal.
