Biography

Kyle C. Worrell is a principal in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.

Kyle represents public and private employers against all types of employment law claims, including class action, representative action, multi-party, and single plaintiff cases involving wage and hour issues, PAGA claims, breach of contract claims, stock option disputes, and allegations of defamation, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment. Kyle represents clients in many industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, government, restaurant and food, property management and real estate. 

While in law school, Kyle served as the editor-in-chief of Nexus: Chapman’s Journal of Law & Policy; he received CALI Awards (Top Class Grade) in Appellate Law Clinic I, California Civil Procedure, and Legal Research and Writing II; and he was nominated by his law professors as one of five students in his graduating class to be inducted into the National Order of Scribes for excellence in legal writing. Kyle achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in 2001, as part of Troop 230 in Eagle River, Alaska.
