Kyle Vuchak is of counsel in the Cleveland, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in labor and employment matters, including agency charges, discrimination and harassment allegations, and all things organized labor including union negotiations, NLRB charges and petitions, and working with employers to remain union free.

Kyle has first-chaired CBA negotiations and negotiated countless other agreements that helped manage or reduce costs and strengthened management’s ability to operate. He has successfully litigated NLRB charges, arbitrated grievances, and achieved dismissals of agency charges and favorable settlements in countless employee-employer disputes.

Kyle has first-hand experience handling difficult workplace issues, both as an attorney and as an HR executive. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Kyle was the head of human resources at a mid-sized steel company, managing all people operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to terminations. As an HR professional, He obtained SHRM-SCP Certification and keeps up with HR best practices which helps him to take a holistic approach to helping clients resolve workplace issues.

Kyle began his legal career by spending five years as a field attorney at the NLRB, handling unfair labor practice allegations and representation cases. This experience has proven invaluable to his clients as he has a deep understanding of NLRB processes.

Prior to law school, Kyle served five years as an active-duty soldier in the U.S. Army, including a one-year combat tour in Afghanistan.
