Nawal Chaudry is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region and Baltimore, Maryland, offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Nawal focuses on litigation of employment claims, including claims of race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination/retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. She also defends employers against age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; disability discrimination claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act; and accommodation/discrimination claims under the Family Medical Leave Act.
During law school, Nawal worked at the United States Department of Justice in the tax division.
