
Paul F. Sorrentino
Bio
Paul Sorrentino is a principal, former managing partner and a former litigation manager of the San Diego, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Respected for his creative solutions, Paul plays a vital role in strategic planning for litigation cases.
In addition to extensive state and federal litigation, including class action defense, he specializes in employment law defense including wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour matters, and related claims, handling all aspects of employment disputes including federal and state administrative charges, NLRB hearings, labor commissioner hearings, and civil jury trials. He has also litigated numerous ADA access cases, as well as conducted ADA inspections and consultations for clients. He has served as lead defense counsel in approximately 115 class action matters. Paul also handles white collar criminal defense matters.
Much of his practice is related to the hospitality, service, and retail industries representing such clients as Four Seasons Hotels, The Grand Del Mar Resort, White Tail Resort, Ecology Auto Parts, Ecology Recycling Services and related entities, GAT Airline Ground Support and Raffles Hotels. He has successfully litigated matters throughout California, and in Florida, Missouri, Texas, Washington, Hawaii, and Nevada.
