Sarah W. Walsh is an Associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Walsh has experience working on a wide variety of litigation matters, including government investigations, securities litigation, and complex civil litigation.

Ms. Walsh has represented clients facing investigation and enforcement actions undertaken by the US Department of Justice, Securities Exchange Commission, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, local District Attorney's Offices, and various other state and federal agencies. She has represented companies, executives and other professionals in a broad range of state and federal criminal prosecutions, regulatory enforcement actions, and other investigations, including defending allegations of health care fraud, financial services fraud, and securities violations.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis P.C., Ms. Walsh worked as an attorney with a boutique white collar defense firm in Boston, Massachusetts and served as a legislative aide with the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

Other past experience includes internships with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Attorney’s Office, a barrister’s clerkship with a criminal law chambers in London, England, and as a summer associate with the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School.

Ms. Walsh is actively involved in a number of bar organizations, pro bono efforts and political campaigns.
