Sharon A. Lim


Sharon A. Lim is an Associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She represents employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies on a variety of labor and employment-related matters, including collective and class action wage and hour disputes.

Ms. Lim has experience representing and advising management in a wide range of employment matters, including federal and state court litigation of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, and other employment claims. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis in 2020, Ms. Lim clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Catherine M. Salinas in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Ms. Lim worked in Hawaii for nearly five years before moving to Georgia, first as a law clerk to two state court judges on Maui, and then as an associate in a Honolulu law firm devoted exclusively to the representation of management in labor and employment law matters.

While attending law school, Ms. Lim was the recipient of the Matson Scholarship. She served as the Executive Articles Editor for Volume 38 of the Journal of College and University Law, as well as a certified mediator with the Notre Dame Law School Applied Mediation Clinic.
