Biography
Sinead Hoda DelRose is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C.
Sinead advises a variety of corporate clients and foreign nationals on U.S. immigration matters. She works with employers to strategize their optimal immigration options when sponsoring foreign nationals. Her practice is primarily focused on employment-based immigration, which includes assisting employers in filing successful H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, and PERM petitions. Sinead utilizes her knowledge of the employer’s business structure to tailor her advice regarding their employment-based immigration needs.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Sinead worked on employment-based immigration and global matters at a boutique law firm. During this time, she worked with various corporate clients, including healthcare and religious organizations, start-up companies, and large global corporations. While working with these clients she assisted them in filing H-1B, R-1, TN, J-1 Conrad Waivers, O-1 and EB-1 petitions. Additionally, Sinead represented individuals on a variety of matters including adjustment of status, consulate issues and family-based petitions.
