Todd R. Dobry is a principal in the Jacksonville, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Todd serves as both a counselor and litigator, working closely with employers to achieve their business and legal objectives.

Todd regularly provides employers with legal advice in all areas of employment law, including litigation and preventative counseling. As a litigator, he has successfully represented clients throughout all stages of state and federal litigation, arbitration, and in state and federal administrative proceedings including defense of class actions, discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, wage and hour, retaliation, and breach of contract claims.

Todd frequently conducts compliance auditing, risk evaluations, and investigations related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage-hour violations, and other confidential and personnel related matters. He assists new and established businesses with implementing and drafting employment policies and procedures, handbooks, employment contracts, compensation plans, severance agreements, arbitration agreements, class-action waivers, and non-compete agreements.
