Biography
Tracey R. Wallace is a principal in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Experience
- Defends and tries complex employment cases in federal and state courts.
- Defends school districts and colleges in teacher contract disputes, tenure disputes, severance negotiations, allegations involving discrimination, student litigation, allegations involving violations of the IDEA as well as advice and counsel.
- Labor practice involves advising and representing clients in collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, union organizing attempts and corporate campaigns.
- Represents a broad range of state, national, and international clients in the full spectrum of employment- and discrimination-related matters.
- Represents management in discrimination lawsuits involving race, sex, age, religion, pregnancy, and disability; restrictive covenant claims; class and collective actions; EEOC and other agency charges; unemployment compensation claims; workers' compensation claims; and wrongful termination claims.
- Drafts manuals and policies for companies; trains employees; and conducts harassment investigations.
- Defends Fortune 500 corporations from lawsuits involving claims of race discrimination, sex discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and Americans with Disability Act and National Origin discrimination.
- Represents corporations in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor.
