William L. Davis is a principal with the Dallas office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Following law school, he has been actively engaged in the representation of management in employment litigation, practicing before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

In addition to his litigation practice, Bill provides management training for clients and is a frequent speaker on employment law topics. He has written articles on developments in non-compete law in Texas.
