Zachary J. Mueller is an Associate in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice is focused primarily on representing employers in traditional labor matters and in employment-related litigation before administrative agencies and courts at both the state and federal levels.

Mr. Mueller has significant experience in the area of labor-management relations and traditional labor law. He regularly represents employers in union-organizing campaigns, litigates unfair labor practice disputes before the National Labor Relations Board, assists companies in collective bargaining, and advises management on grievance processing and the administration of collective bargaining agreements. Mr. Mueller also frequently leads training sessions across the country designed to help employers create and maintain issue-free workplaces. 

Mr. Mueller also has experience counseling employers on their compliance with state and federal employment laws, including the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. Mueller was an associate in the labor and employment practice at a large multinational law firm.

While in law school, Mr. Mueller served as the Senior Articles Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Nora Barry Fischer.
