This session will focus on navigating the new rules and regulations implemented since the pandemic. We will look at common challenges faced by employers surrounding mask and vaccine mandates, paid sick leave versus public health emergency leave, OSHA compliance and OFCCP considerations. We will discuss recurring challenges experienced throughout the year and changes we expect to see in the future.
