As we enter the second year of the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenges facing employers continue to evolve and present novel legal issues. During this session, we will cover various COVID-19 hot topics facing employers, including:

- Issues relating to potential return to the workplace;
- Expense reimbursement issues and other considerations for employees who continue to work from home long-term; and
- The current status of Illinois’ COVID-19 guidance for businesses and employers.
