A new rule recently finalized by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)—“Improve Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illness”—requires employers with 250 or more employees (and some employers with less than 250 employees in certain high-risk industries) to submit injury and illness reports electronically beginning December 1, 2017.
