The time is here! The Massachusetts Equal Pay Law goes into effect July 1, 2018. Come join us as we discuss new insights and updates from the past year as well as a refresher on what employers should be doing to prepare for July 1st. Specifically, we will investigate the recently released Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General (OAG) issued Guidance, including use of the Pay Calculation Tool, as well as an in depth discussion of the safe harbor provision and what employers should be doing to take advantage of it.
