The rapid shift to a “work from home” environment due to COVID-19 could present a bigger impact on OFCCP compliance than many employers may realize. For example, OFCCP’s regulations require that each “establishment” with 50 or more employees annually prepare its own affirmative action plan (AAP). So which “establishments” now require a separate AAP? How might this change our EEO-1 Reporting requirements?
